Posponed Pregnancy
About
Egg cryopreservation (for medical and social reasons) provides a woman with the opportunity to become pregnant later in life. The program entails freezing and storing her own eggs to use them for fertilization in the future. This technique allows a woman to give birth to a genetically healthy child at a later age , even after menopause. Moreover, due to the preservation of the eggs, the woman's body does not have to undergo ovarian stimulation and puncture multiple times.
Steps
Stage I. Ovarian Stimulation
• Individual choice of the ovarian stimulation protocol;
• Consultations with doctors during the IVF stimulation cycle;
• Ultrasound monitoring during ovarian stimulation;
• Ensuring the patient has the necessary medications starting from ovarian stimulation up to embryo transfer.

Stage II. Ovarian Puncture
• Echoguided follicular aspiration;
• Oocyte retrieval;
• Intravenous anesthesia;
• Post-procedure recovery;
• Consultation and ultrasound following the ovarian puncture.

Stage III. Oocyte Cryopreservation

• Cryopreservation (vitrification) of oocytes in straws;
• A fee is charged for 1 straw (allows a maximum of 3 oocytes);
